OK does it have to be an actual page or can you use a copy of a page or print one out from a book online. Like on Amazon where you can look inside at a book page?

Copies and print outs are OK. So are rubber stamped images with book page themes.

How big does it have to be? Does an ATC have a specified size?

super excited for this :] I haven't made an ATC card yet but I have so many ideas! Does cardstock make for a good backing or should I find something more sturdy?

I've always used cardstock. Actually I use index cards, which I run through the printer before cutting them so they'll have my name and contact info on the backs. (It's traditional to put a little information on the back of an ATC.) Some people prefer chipboard, or cut theirs from cereal boxes, or things like that. Entirely up to you.

As I'm from Belgium is it ok that the piece of a book is in Netherlands? I think this is a nice swap.

@Engelenvrouwtje : The ATC in the photo (which I've made for this swap) has a book page in Norwegian, any language is good =)

I'm a total newbie to this. Just signing up for my first swaps, but very excited about finding this community. I love making ATCs but stopped because I didn't know how to find others to swap with. :)

I am so sorry for the questions but how can I tell who I got assigned to swap with? I got the email stating I was assigned a partner. So sorry for silly questions!

In the upper right corner there should be a yellow box with options. Click on "See the partners you send to". (There is only one partner for this swap but the words are always the same.)
