I would love to see what each month represents to others. Take a photo of something that represents each month to you and make it into a postcard. So this is 12 photos in all, which are collaged on a 4x6 photo. I know Walgreens has awesome software to do this and I am sure other places can help you do this as well. On the back of your pc, write what each month/photo means to you - I know it will be small, but do your best! You will send one handmade collage photo postcard to each partner. The photos can be taken by you, a family member or friend - it just needs have 12 photos collaged on it that represent something for each month for you and your note on the back.
