Description:

We're all here because we love tea, and what better way to show that love than sharing it with others :)

For this swap you will send a minimum of 5 factory wrapped tea bags to each of your 5 partners. As this swap is all about love, check your partners profile and try to find ones they will enjoy. Loose tea is fine if your partner is happy to accept it (and you're happy to send it).

Also enclose a little note telling your partner why you love tea, what your favourite tea is, a tea quote you like, or tell them about something else you love. Don't forget to include your Swap-bot username & swap name.

If you're worried you won't be able to commit to this swap, what with Christmas preparations getting in the way this month, I will be running it again in January :)

Yes, you will need a minimum of 25 teabags/packets of tea/combination of the two.

I'm from the USA, and I wondered if there were any restrictions on sending tea through the mail to different countries? I think each country has it's own rules, but since you don't find out who your partners are until after you sign up for the swap, I was just wondering if anyone has any information on this? Thanks!

I prefer bagged tea and especially herbal (love anise/liccorice flavor)

tyshadragon 12/ 2/2011 #

@pennypuppy the only restriction I know of is that you cannot send tea to Australia.

Itti 12/ 2/2011 #

I was told recently that actually you can send tea there, but not if it contains any real fruit pieces, peel or seeds.

tyshadragon 12/ 4/2011 #

That's good information to know, thanks @Itti :)

No loose tea for me please. I don't trust the mail system.
