Inspired by a daily journal swap, I want to create a month's worth of slimming menus. Personally I follow Slimming World but any slimming routine will do. So - grab yourself a small notebook - no bigger than A5 - and simply keep a record of what you eat each day for a month. If possible give details of your recipes and lets hope that your slimming journal will both help you (I always lose weight if I write it down) and inspire others to try different ideas. You may even want to include ideas for exercise - particularly if you are just starting out on a regime. Given that December is usually death to any dieting attempts and that we are all fired up in the New Year to try again, my idea is to record daily during November and then pass your journal on. It will then be ready to inspire you on January 1st. All are welcome to join - yes even Newbies - but please do not join up unless you can commit to a daily journal entry. I have been burnt too many times recently by flakers and it spoils the fun if you try but do not receive anything. I hope that I have explained everything clearly but please contact me if you need any other clarification. |
