Description:

Take a plain envelope that is business size (that's the size your bills come in) or at least bigger than 4x6 and go to town decorating it with your art. Use paint, pens, markers, cut and paste or whatever you enjoy doing and decorate the front, the back is optional. If using glue make sure everything is well stuck and not likely to peel off.

Please make sure the receivers address is clearly findable and readable.

Pop something inside the envelope, possibly a postcard, recipes, more artwork, a note card, a bookmark, an interesting magazine page, favourite poem or something else you come up with that is flat , cheap as chips and is a surprise. Empty envelopes get caught and scrunched up in the PO machines which is why they need something in them. Anything you send in the envelope needs to be clean and uncrumpled (It can be neatly folded). ItÒ€ℒs senderÒ€ℒs choice so expect anything!

Remember within Australia if you go too big you will need to pay extra postage, I suspect the same applies within NZ. Those going over the Tasman can be larger and still pay basic postage.

New swappers need a filled out profile, everyone needs explanations on their profile for any low ratings.

Any questions? Please pm me.

This group has a Flickr page . Take a look. It would be fun to see more of your creations there.
