Comment: Never got this...willing to change rating when i'll receive! my 2nd comment: swap deadline was Feb.29th. I rated in September (24th)...i waited more than enough. it is your option for not willing to resend. i had swaps being resent to me, and they arrived just fine. each of us takes a chance when signing up for a swap that mail can get lost/stolen/eaten by the hungry mail monster.me more than anyone. but i can only more than agree that my postoffice deserves a big fat 1 ! otherwise, i mostly have problems with the USA so it could be that the US have problems with delivering mail from&to my country... there's a black hole/ bermuda triangle in between :P ---update 12.06.2016 Thank you for a lovely Bird ATC! Years later and country change (mine) I finally receive this swap with no drama and with a lovely exchange of messages! Thank you!

Comment: UPDATE 2/14/12~FINALLY received the swap after almost 2 months! You told me that you didnt mail this the 1st time cuz I was overseas and that you couldnt mail it out til you had time... I explained that I am in the US and then you changed your story that you did mail it...you said you would resend after my rating was left jan 13... I waited a few more weeks and at that time it still wasnt mailed...You didnt mail it til Feb 4th after I had contacted you about the resend on Jan 30....I feel at this time you deserve a 3 rating as I feel you lied to me and took your sweet time mailing the swap... this was not a resend, this was the 1st swap you sent...You cant tell me "Oh I didnt mail it cuz you are overseas" and then change your story later...and in your response you claim to have mailed the "others" in December but that is not what you told me...you told me that you had dropped off the US ones and didnt mail the Intl ones yet(Jan13) because you didnt have time to go to the PO... I hope those partners you had that were overseas rate you accordingly...if you cant mail your swaps in a timely manner whether it be within the US or Intl then dont join swaps... we shouldnt have to wait on you because "you dont have time" ~~~Original rating 1/13/12 Never received...Sad I only got 2 out of the 5 this round :( Will change rating if I ever receive the swap~~UPDATE 1/30~~~I am NOT overseas... we are both in the US and I told you this... In October of 2007, I Rated you a 1, saying I was willing to change the rating if I receive the item or have some communication.
