Response: Thank you...I will try to get my swap sent during Christmas break. I didn't get back to you because I didn't really know when I could get it out and I was hoping before break. I understand the one rating and hope that I can make good on my swap soon.
Comment: I'm so sorry to have to rate a 1, but as of yet, the swap has not been marked sent and it's two months over due. I think I've been more than patient. If I ever get anything, I'll be happy to change the rating. I am truly sorry.
