Comment: I never received package and participant's list indicates it was 'not sent'. Aslo, did not contact me before the mail date to tell me it would be late, was on its way, etc.

Comment: I waitied a extra month and even wrote and was told it was on it's way weeks ago. Still nothing. WIll gladly change if I receive! Update October 31, 2010: If it was sent 2 times then why did you just respond after 3 years?! Also why did you just write and tell me that you haven't sent because you were very sick and unable to send? Which one is it? Need to get your story straight!!!
