Comment: Very creative ATC, good time of year to make one for America :-) & I love sparkles! But delivery conformation cost so much, you just started be good to yourself, stick with stamps. :-)
Response: The post office did it that way because they didn't want to machine it. I had 3 packages that went out that day and they all cost the same thing. :) I am really glad you liked it.
