Comment: 3/15/22: Re-send has been received 2-1/2 weeks after you sent it, thank you. Still no sign of the original. I appreciate that you sent more than necessary, and I really like the mushroom items. Leaving at a 3 because of the lack of communication, having been left in the dark for 2 months until I finally reached out to the host. 1/7/22: Sorry to do this, but I last heard from you on Dec 21st saying you'd re-send with tracking within the week. I messaged you after two weeks, a few days ago, and the message is still unread even though you've been logged on every day I've looked since then. Communication should be really important for this kind of thing. I would suggest tracking with every swap the first time around if you're having this many lost mail-outs. I'll re-rate if it ever shows up though.

Comment: Finally received this but was asked to pay 15$ so have returned it! Ridiculous! In response to your reply…I receive international packages with tracking all the time! But never have been asked to pay before so obviously mistake is at your end! Also you owe me 6 swaps…I can u derstand 1 or 2 swaps going missing…but 6! That’s stretching the coincidence too much, don’t you think! Despite that I gave you benefit of doubt and didn’t rate you down all these months but being asked to pay for your mail was the last straw! And I doubt if any of your swaps are going to turn up after 6 months! Just chalking it to bad experience and moving on

Comment: Swap ended 11/17; Tanja marked Sent on 11/18; messaged her on 12/14 to let her know I haven't received; as of this morning, she was last signed on yesterday 12/16 but my message from 3 days ago is still Unread. She is in Mexico and I and I am in USA so mail might be running slow. But I will leave this rating as a placeholder as it's been a month since swap ended. I received your Re-send today, Tanja, that you mailed Feb. 4, 2022. This took 3 weeks to get to Georgia from Mexico. I haven't received the original one sent 3 months ago.
