Comment: I recieved your email. I feel like your answers did not meet the swap requirements at all. However you did send it, and it is only an email swap so I certainly cant give you a lower rating. But false, or one word answers were not very pleasing to read.

Not to be rude but this could be the worst ATC I have ever gotten. Aside from being almost a month late with terrible communication(Meaning I had to contact you first). This is not the work of someone putting their "HEART" into it.
Response: 6-0 1: Well, you are right this isn't my best work.
I confused your card(70's ) with someone else's. You got the Foxxy Brown card I sent.
As for poor communication, we exchanged at least 4 messages about my card being late. Please don't take your unsatisfactory card as a personal disregard for your hard work, I'm just a beginniner and you obviously have done this for a few years.
If you received my swap (as terrible as it is) would you least change my rating to a three? You have already justified your dissatisfaction publicly in your rating.
Thank you for your constructive feed back, I will certainly take it under advisement and use it to make myself a better swapper.
Once again, I'm sorry this took so long. I guess it's safe to say you would rather I didn't try to send you a better card.

Comment: I'm so sorry to have to give you a 3. It breaks my heart to rate anyone badly but I have to start rating fairly. I'm giving you a 3 because #1 for lateness and #2, your whimsy didn't meet the swap requirements. You sent me 7 books in Spanish. I'm half Mexican but unfortunately I don't speak or read fluently in Spanish. I would have been happy with just one book for crafting purposes. You didn't decorate your jar. It's not a whimsy jar if it's not decorated. You didn't fill your jar up with any little whimsical things. That's what makes a whimsy jar, a whimsy jar. Not 7 big books to fill up space.The game board you sent was cut in half. Straight down the middle! I love the atole and the Sunflower seeds but I'm not so sure about the squash seeds.. Yellow Mahatma rice is not Mexican. Your whimsy just didn't scream Mexico to me. I Have to rate you a 3 so that you'll learn to be a better swapper, not to be mean. I have been letting people slide because I feel bad and If I keep doing that, you'll never get any better at swapping. I'm really really sorry. :(

Response: Wow. so sorry. I tried to send things that were authentically Mexican, (since I am Mexican) I thought the cook books with the indiginous recipies would be a good idea, as such recipies are very hard to find. Squash flowers are deep fried in tacos. Mahatma rice in saffron flowers is very Mexican especially for El Dia De Los Muertos, if you are a pracitioner from Nuevo Leon with a lot of Spanish influences. Once again, I tried to to my research and put in my own cultural flair, but I will try to do something more "typical" for a later swap.
