Comment: The letter was beautiful and I enjoyed reading your answers. Thank you for taking the time to write it out and send it to me. However, I must rate you a 3 because four days after the send out date, you hadn't sent and I had to contact you. You said you would send soon, and were marked as sent on 6/27/17. The postmark on the letter is for 7/19/17. It finally arrived today 7/24/17.
