Comment: I feel that I should provide a little bit of context together with the rating. Initially, Eda sent me a package with items costing around 4-5 Euro (at maximum), when the swap called for items that would cost 12 Euro. The items were largely paper based. When I contacted Eda to let her know, she agreed to send another package to rectify this (with the remaining items worth 7-8 Euro). I have received the package and inside were things that according to my opinion do not cost 7-8 Euro, rather less, but I am willing to give the benefit of doubt as I don’t know about prices in Turkey-something tells me however, that it is not more expensive than Greece. I appreciated the fact, however, that Eda was willing to send another package to rectify the first one and that she spent postage again. This swap was not what I expected content wise, but still I feel that a 5 will do it justice.

May 6th 2015- the send by date for this swap was Nov 15th 2013 I contacted you stating I hadn't received this swap you said you'd resend I left it about 6-8 weeks and contacted you again about not recieving I heard nothing from you so rated you a 1. You have now May 4th 2015 contacted me saying you'll resend but keep asking for a five, I'm not giving you a five it's taken you 18months to fix this I'm no longer interested in receiving anything.
