Comment: The envelope I received was partially opened due to insufficient tape and even ripped up on some other parts. I also only received two lip balms which were broken instead of the required three. I believe that that happened due to the insufficient packing?! I also received the envelope with a note from international customs service (both from Türkiye and Germany) that it had been held up due to the fact that there has been no customs declaration on the envelope. Due to that fact it took me several weeks to receive it. Besides that I would like to point out the swap requirements state to send good quality lip balms. The ones I received were very inexpensive knock offs though which does not meet the swap requirements. Judging from what I received I wouldn’t feel right to rate a 5. I've tried and sent a few messages, but was told that resending was not an option. If you ever decide to make up for this swap though I would be happy to change this rating.
