Comment: I know it's ridiculous for me to leave a rating now, so many years after the actual swap. I didn't rate initially because Andrew sent me an e-mail soon after the deadline saying he would be late. I waited and never received, but I never rated him because I still believed he would eventually send. Of course this never happened. I am only rating now, because I was going through past swaps and saw this, and I wanted to 'close the book' in a sense.
