Comment: I received the beads on March 20. Several beads were damaged and mis-shaped, not due to postage because there were no bead fragments in packaging. These were not superficial flaws. Large pieces of glass were chipped off the beads, which could be easily seen and touched when handled. I thought this was implicitly implied for all swaps, but the swap details clearly state that the beads must be in good condition. I immediately messaged her, telling her she sent damaged beads. She asked me to send them back, so I did. She told me she would re-send me another package. I got another message from her on March 23 saying that she mailed me new beads, so now I am waiting. I am rating her a “3” today on March 24, because this option was not available until today. I will update when her new package arrives. APRIL 6 - received new beads which meet swap specifications.
