Comment: This swap was to be sent out on March 18th. I sent a pm asking when it would be mailed out on March 23rd. The message still remains unread. It was marked sent on March 27th. I received the postcard on April 3rd. I sent another pm when I received it trying to have a dialogue about why this swap was sent so late. Both pm's still remain unread even though this account has been logged into after each pm was sent. This rating is based on the late send without any communication and the lack of concern for reading messages to explain this. I will not be changing this rating.
