Comment: User did not mark sent by the deadline to send date of July 24, 2017. On July 27, 2017 I sent user a message asking for clarification on the date item was sent, and user had not logged into Swap-bot since July 11, 2017, and to date, August 7, 2017 I have not received a response to my message, nor received a postcard. Update: User sent on August 8, 2017, two weeks late which is why I changed the rating from a 1 to 3. Had user been proactive and communicated with me before rating a 1, I would have re-rated a 5.
