Comment: Hello again Katie...no worries...no need to resend. Your envelope went thru the machine and it punched a hole right in the middle of the envelope. I got your send and on time and that is what matters. Happy Holidays! Hi Katie...thanks for the Christmas ornament but unfortunately it arrived cracked in -4- pieces! It was broken underneath the wooden beard; the "HO" piece was snapped off; one of the little loops under the beard was broken off; and the green leaves with the little red berries on the white part of the hat were also broken off. I can try to glue it back together but some of the pieces are so broken and splintered into little fine pieces its not possible.
