Comment: Swap deadline to mail was 09/28 was tod it was mailed late 09/29 & then told it was not mailed until 10/08. It is now 10/25 & not rec'd. Sender has said she will resend. When rec'd I can change rating to a 3. Was not mailed until 10/28 -- did receive on 10/30. Very poor communication from Jorie.
