Comment: I have never rated anyone a 3 before and I hate to do it but on March 29th you sent me a message saying you were sending out my swap that day (even though it was 9 days past the deadline) because you had just realized you never sent it. I got your envelope today and it is post marked April 12th. Everything in it was really lovely and I do appreciate it but almost a month late and just about 2 weeks after you had already told me it was sent.....that's just not right. Sorry!
