Comment: i am sorry but it was a decorated matchbox swap and i never got a decorated matchbox. i got a beat up undecorated doll box with 6 items in it (2 of which were edibles which i specifically ask not to be sent on my profile). and it wasn't mailed until 11/17 and the mailing deadline for this swap was 10/15. purr did contact me and said the 1st pkg might have been lost. i was not provided with any proof of mailing like a picture of what was sent, postal receipt or even a description of what was sent. but anyway, i still didn't get what the swap called for. added: the pictures are posted on my flickr as proof as to what i got. as for my comments, i am sorry you don't like i said but frankly, the box was beat up and undecorated and many of the "profile surprises" were not things i would like or want. and you never provided any proof of mailing or even what the first package contained. i am sorry but you did not send one of the items the swap required (a decorated matchbox) so i am not sure what you thought my reaction would be. ***actually no, you did not offer to resend. you offered "The only other thing I can do and hope you would accept is to send a matchbox themed in a more 'Christmassy’ theme?" and i did not ask you to buy things from ebay or etsy. had you said to me "hey i don't have halloween stuff, what else could i send to make it right" we could have worked out something. but you told me it was no problem for you to get halloween things. the thing is, it was your swap - you knew full well that a decorated matchbox is one of the requirements of the swap and you didn't send one.
