Comment: It finally arrived!!! The reason for the delay was it was sent surface mail. I spoke to the Post Office and they explained it can take up to 6 months. I think this is far too long to wait for a swap. To me it looked like flaking, so it might be something you want to consider when using it again. I do however thank you for making good this swap.
Response: The tracking number I have for this item says it has been delivered. Are you quite sure you do not have it?

Comment: Book only just turned up. Swap was in July....
Response: Yes, this was just after the canadian postal strike. They were very slow getting things moving again, the parcel probably sat in my local post office for weeks before they even sent it out. I apologize for circumstances beyond my control.
