Response: I don't understand why you gave me a 3. I have been dealing with the shop owner and decided that in the situation she put me in by not actually sending it, I would just find another item and hopefully that one would get to you. Apparently that one did since you did rate me. I can understand that with how long it took, you might be upset, but I did get to you and kept in contact the whole time. I met the requirements and don't think this is a fair rating. I also know that you haven't been online since you did rate me, so whenever you do get back, I would appreciate it if you could give me an explanation. :]
